Were you on Starter or Team?
Those plans have been retired and everyone on them is now on Pro. Your price and renewal date have not changed. If you were on Team, you keep 1,400 credits, unlimited 𝕏 accounts and 10 GB of storage for as long as you stay on that price.
What about the AlloPass NFT?
If you hold an AlloPass NFT, your account is automatically on Pro for as long as you hold one. We check this every time you open the dashboard. Selling the NFT removes the perk on your next visit.
Overages
Any plan can turn off the hard cap to allow overages billed via Stripe at $0.02 per credit. See How credits work.
